We set up and look after the organiser all day, from rehearsals the night before to during the conference. We will even run on stage if the presenter is nervous and give the delegates something to laugh at.

Our one-foot-tall stage can be arranged into one long narrow stage to a large rectangle it’s all down to what your requirements are, we have steps on and off the stage and can have them set where ever you want them.

We set up an array of lights at the back of the conference room to light up the star of the stage we also have full control of the lights so that if you need them turning down for presentations, or a dramatical part of the conference we can do it with a touch of a button, we can also provide multi coloured lights to make it that little more exciting.

We provide a full pa system, with four AKG roaming hand held mics we also supply if needed lapel mics for those who need their hands free. We supply speakers around the room so everyone can hear from front to back. If you have any notes on papers and like to hide behind something we can also supply a lectern and a lectern mic for that extra security.

All your presentations are run from the sound desk running of a high powered laptop. The presentation is then displayed on projector screens for all the delegates to view, but for that added comfort and touch we also supply a comfort monitor in front of the stage for the speaker to see what is coming up next and any notes they have written. They then can control the presentation via a clicker and have full control of the slides and conference.
